Robber pulls gun. Store owner wrestles it away, throws it on floor.
Robber pulls knife. Store owner wrestles it away, throws it on floor.
Robber struggles to get away. Store owner pins robber to counter, trips silent alarm, holds robber until cavalry on scene.
Bonus: Store owner apparently stopped a crime wave, robber wanted in several other similar robberies. Other store owners bring her flowers (to the store owner, not the robber, altho the robber was female as well).
