CHL status

I called Friday about the status of my LTC application and was told that a "technician" had been assigned to my case and it would be an extra 3 to 4 weeks. Does anyone know what they are talking about?

Welcome to the forum.
Did you list any arrests on the application? If so they assign a technician to review your app and the disposition of the cases. If you did, did you include certified copies of the disposition(s)?
