30.06 posting at apartment complex

Had a question come up on this. My thoughts would be this covered complex office and facilities, but not one's apartment. Am i correct on this ?

So if it's a standard TAA lease, I'd say you don't have anything to worry about when in comes to CC (concealed being concealed and all that). Open Carry may, however, be an issue if there are posted 30.07 signs.20. You, your occupants, and/or guests may not the following activities:
