HK Mark 23 w/ night sights SOLD

I have a like new HK Mark 23 (45 ACP) BD Date Code (2013) that was sent to Trijicon and had the sights drilled and tapped with night sights (Have the paperwork showing the work). It has had exactly 230 rounds fired. The only wear is on the top of the chamber were some of the coating has worn off. It is pristine and a safe queen.
Includes the case, manual, spare o-rings, paperwork for the sights.
It comes with the following:
Five HK factory Mark 23 magazines (New)
Two spare thread protectors w/ o-rings plus factory orginal.
Kramer Scabbard OWB holster (RH/Black) (NEW never used)
2 Blade-Tech OWB holsters (RH/ NEw never used)
$1800 for everything. Not separating the package. No shipping. For sale in the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex only.
