Wow, that is some seriously stupid behavior on the part of management within that company. Seems like a few more heads need to roll to clean that septic tank out.

The news story had some missing details - like who was the "other party" the full auto parts were registered to?
Or maybe the guy is a scumbag gunrunner, I don't know.

Given the attitude of the current administration towards guns. Why in the world would you be sloppy in your record keeping? Feel bad for the employees.

Maybe, I'm just experiencing a bit of schadenfreude, but I have no sorrow for the employees who would work for such a loathsome company.
Hypocrites are them!
I'll bet they tootled the horn regarding Republicans so-called 'war on women', when they were warring on women, the dirtbag/dirtbags, cuz if it's being done by the top guy, that's a signal for the other predators within the company to do the same thing...

Let's hope Freedom Group doesn't buy them. They've ruined enough companies already.

I don't know much about these laws, but if one doesn't agree to the laws regulating the business then one such not engage in the business.

I have noticed recently that some groups, individuals or now corporations are singled out for making sure they are in complete 100% compliance with every law that exists.
Seems these groups, individuals or corporations are conservative, speak out against the current status quo or are in industries that are not in favor with the current administration and their views on the environment and now guns.
At the same time, other groups, individuals or corporations are given a pass or benefit from the largesse of the current administration.
Maybe it has always been this way, and I never noticed it. But to me it has been an unwelcome change.

Always been this way. Just seems like this administration is more flagrant about it.

This has become more blatant than before and has reached an unprecedented scale. There was that one lady who had the EPA, OSHA, and a couple of other agencies sicced on her all at the same time. One of my friends and his wife got audited after they started a Campaign for Liberty forum and made a small (I'm talking about $100 or less). Later they got a letter from one of the Pauls saying they were targeted. His retirement account and savings were wiped out. All of that took place when his wife was very sick with a long term illness. They still haven't recovered after all of that.
I have coined a new phrase "IRS'd" its definition is someone who is being audited due to their political beliefs
http://www.breitbart.com/big-government ... l-beliefs/ The FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) began a series of inquiries about her and her group; the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) began demanding to see her family’s firearms in surprise audits of her and her husband’s small gun dealership – which had done less than $200 in sales; OSHA (Occupational Safety Hazards Administration) began a surprise audit of their small family manufacturing business; and the EPA-affiliated TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environment Quality) did a surprise visit and audit due to “a complaint being called in.”

Just got this from The Firearms Blog:
http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2015 ... e-revoked/
I haven't spent a lot of time on these pages for the last 2-3 days or so, and I hadn't seen this thread. So this story was entirely news to me this morning.
