Sucks trying to read this. LOL I'm a fairly bright guy (so I think) and it took me several attempts to get through the new layout. It is way over worded and I doubt most students will ever attempt to figure it out. I had to dummy down and read slower.

Probably best to copy and paste into a word doc and then remove all of the "before 1/1/16" parts and just have the "after 1/1/16" sections.

Yes, I am making a handout for my students instead of trying to explain it. Most people won't be able to follow.
