That was great. It proves that trying to argue them over to our side is a waste of time. We need to get them to the range.

I zeroed in on her realizing the 'utopia' she thought a gun-less society would provide could only exist if there were no bad people/criminals in the world.
How many liberals ever consider that?
True story after true story regarding law abiding people who've used guns for self defense seems apparently to fall on deaf liberal ears.
At least she woke up.

We DO need to get them to the range, but the real difference comes when someone has this AHA... moment.

Too many around us live their lives believing (or acting as if they believe) that the Authorities/State/Government/someone else will protect them from every evil. Some of these are the sort who never test the current group-think and end up hopelessly lost in simple-minded adherence to others who are all too happy to "engineer" their lives.
