New to the board as I wait for my LTC to arrive and enjoying all the insight and experience from so many.

My question is, has anyone ever had to draw or use their gun during a Wally Walk?

Welcome!

If you mean the first time, I doubt it. There have been stories of using a gun in self defense in a Wal-Mart or in the parking lot though.

"Texas man injured two people and himself after he accidentally fired his handgun Monday night while standing on line at a Walmart store, police said.

MyFoxDFW.com reported that the suspect, who was not identified, accidentally fired his gun while he reached into his wallet at the Dallas-area store. The bullet hit the man in the buttock and shattered on the ground. Fragments hit a child in the leg and a woman in the foot, the report said.

The suspect, who has a concealed handgun license, apparently panicked and took off running, but was soon caught by police.

He faces evasion charges and injury to a child."

Moral of the story; "don't carry ghetto-style". Use a holster. "rlol"

That Walmart is 3 miles from my house. I don't go there very often but every once in awhile they have good ammo sales.

Holster holster holster holster holster. That is the moral of the story. Put it in a good holster and leave it alone until you need it.

I thought you had to be from the ghetto to shop there. Just kidding! This is a strange question by the way. What's your reason for asking? Just curious is all.

All I took from this was, "Yeah, that bloody thing in your leg? Went through some guy's derriere first."

Praying every day that my holstering and unholstering at home go smoothly and that I never have it out of the holster by accident.
