One America News

I just discovered the One America News network yesterday, and so far I'm loving it. No commercials. No talking heads. News only, without any editorializing. Instead of commercials, they run short commercial-length spots called "Constitutional Moments" and similar things like that, which are educational in nature. They seem to be concerned in general with liberty, and being united from all walks of life in its defense.
Quite refreshing. Oh.... and it's family owned, and not part of some giant corporate media company.
To find out if your cable/satellite tv provider carries it, go here:
http://www.oann.com/wheretowatch/. On Verizon FiOS in DFW, it is found on channels 116 and 616 (HD).
Has anyone else watched this channel at all, and if so, what are your impressions?

I don't subscribe to any cable TV service. Any chance they offer streaming online via a website?

It's a good network and I hope it can grow. Right now their news is on a loop and I'm not sure how often they refresh it. The Ledger Report and Tipping Point will get you good and riled up, and they have taken the Fox News model of putting up blonde, attractive, reporterettes as anchors, although one of their really good ones, Tomi Lahren, left for The Blaze. They've been on UVerse for a little less than two years and I've been watching them from day one. Their start up was in part funded by the Washington Times, that they broke away from last year.
A really, really strong suit of theirs is that they cover some really interesting international stories that you would never see on Fox or CNN America.

I've been watching OAN for the past 5 months. It's on channel 208 on U-Verse. I find it refreshing, conservative and mostly unbiased. I'm thinking they use feeds from the other major network news channels, and then insert their own dialog.....but that's only my opinion. OAN & Al-Jazerra(sp?) came on the air about the same time(at least as U-Verse goes).

I've watched it some on U-verse, I found it to be pretty good. I often turn to it when Megan Kelly or Greta or whomever is focusing on something that is of little interest to me. A good example would be when Fox News was pretty much exclusively talking about the protests on college campuses I would say aloud "I want to hear about real news." Then I would turn the channel to OAN and they would be talking about isis or something that is actually important.

Unfortunately, I'm out of luck with DirecTV. Maybe when Uverse and DirecTV merge their content I will get OAN, or Uverse will lose it. I see I can still watch on my Roku or Amazon Fire TV.

I prefer OAN above all others if I want to catch up on what is happening in the world. If I want to find out what is happening in the US, the BBC is better than any of the domestic MSM.

Channel 116 on FIOS.
It's very similar to some English language international news stations I watch while traveling overseas.
The on-air folks are really news "readers"... they read the news from a prompter in a fairly dry fashion.
At times I like it, other times I find it a bit uninteresting.
Still... not a bad place to get the news and the patriotic stuff they do is a nice bonus.

It's also on 616 if you also get the HD channels. My cable package has both.

I watched for the first time this past weekend at my middle daughter's in Fischer and was, like you impressed and pleased. We don't have it where I live unfortunately.
