Welcome and good luck for a swift turn around.
I received my confirmation email 12/21 and am still waiting. This week marks my 7th week of waiting. I'm prepared to wait another couple of weeks but I'm optimistic about hearing something this week!

Just curious. Did you receive a confirmation email? I submitted on 1/15 but did not here anything for a few days. Re-uploaded everything on 1/20 and got my confirmation email on 1/21. I consider that my start date. If you did not receive the email, I would doublecheck, just to be safe.
