I am, have it in a commander 1911. It's my EDC. Never shot any full power loads but hope to sometime.

I bought some Buffalo Bore and shot 5 rounds. I did notice a difference.

I have the Glock 20, so I could say I had one. When I shot it, it did surprise me how much I enjoyed it. Look out Polar bears!

I have a Rock Island Armory Commander 1911 in 10mm and love it. I am using Underwood 200 Gr hollow points for self defense. I will have to look when I get home but I think they are rated at 1250 FPS and you can tell a difference when shooting them.

I love 10mm, I have a S&W 1006, Glock 20 and Glock 29 that is my EDC. I hand load so cost of Ammo is not an issue.

Had a Delta for a few years. I enjoyed the pistol but, I was offered a ridiculous amount of gelt for it, so ended my sojourn in 10mm.

I'm not making any value judgements here as I've not had the pleasure of shooting a 10mm pistol. The 10 intrigued me very much a few years back. No doubt about it...it's a hard hitting round. But it's tooooo hard hitting round for my old tired hands. lol.

Here's an interesting article on the 10mm. round:

Appears to be a good round.

I'd buy/build one (1911) if I didn't already have a 460 Rowland.

OUCH! Do you have to wear wrist bands when shooting that hand cannon?

:-)
actually, its not that bad. It requires a compensator and 24lb recoil spring, so that helps. a bit.
