Application timeline question

Howdy, folks!

So, a quick question. I have an email confirming my application on Dec 22. I took the class the 22nd, as well. However, I couldn't get fingerprinted until Jan. 6. I clearly don't have my plastic in hand, nor has the site changed. So should I be expecting it in the next week or two (as in, should I call if I don't see anything happen in this next week), or should I get myself steeled up for a January application wait?

I don't love calling since I either don't get an answer or I wind up just saying "Oh, I just wanted to see if all my documents were in... No, yeah, I got the email... Oh, okay. I'll wait."

I had a weird deal with my license where I had been using an old one when I wound up being issued two. I got a traffic ticket with the one that the LTC page wouldn't accept, and while I've taken care of it with defensive driving, nothing about the ticket shows up anywhere and the dual-license thing seems like maybe it'd cause a hold in my application if somehow they saw that... Not asking for law advice, just wondering if y'all think it's odd.

I got my email confirmation 12/21 and am still waiting. No website update. No plastic in hand. Tomorrow is 70 days from my email confirmation.

I've called a few times and they just say "we have your documents, please wait longer" essentially. I'm hopeful to see some movement this week but I've thought that the last 4 weeks and nothing has happened.

I spoke to a supervisor on Friday. She vary kindly said everyone is crap out of luck. They are going as fast as they can. According to her your time line starts when the last item is received but it doesn't matter because they are so busy that everyone is delayed. There is nothing that can be done but be patient. They are doing all they can

Easy enough! Thanks, folks! I would hate to be in their places. I'm sure they're working as hard as they can. Must get crazy awful to do the same thing over and over and over and over and over and then over again. Time to continue the waiting game!
