Did we crash the DPS Server?

For some neurotic, insane reason I check my status when I get a break. It is running very slow today and right now it will not connect. WHAT HAVE WE DONE?!?

Looks like it's back up, but it's still not giving me the answer I'm looking for.

They prefer you call...so they can hang up on you. Due to high call volume, of course.
