What's up with this?

Is anybody else getting the message "texas.gov is down"?
I go to the DPS LTC site, then click on the "change my personal information" link. Then it sends me to this site, and says it's down. It's been this way all week.

I just tried it and discovered my phone numbers were wrong. I made the change with no problem, using Chrome.

Are you using Windows XP? Lots of sites won't allow you to enter

No. I'm also using Chrome. But I have Google device policy installed on my phone because of my company Gmail account. I'm thinking that may be the culprit.
