Revised federal sentencing guidelines in an attempt to end "mass incarceration".

His mother said that we have not "heard his side of the story".

I don't think that serving out his full sentence would have prevented this.

Always the family member with the quip along those lines...

Thank You OJD (Obama Justice Department) Let's just turn em all loose. They are obviously no longer a threat to society.
