i know the wait is going to be long, but I took the Class on 2/13 and submitted application and $$ on 2/14.
I never received anything back from there. no confirmation, no email, no checklist ..... Should i just continue to wait since i am only 30 days in? I see where most people get the confirmation emails back within a week or so.

Hmm. Give your email spam folder a once over, and look for an email from RSD_Customer_Relations@dps.texas.gov.

You surely aren't close to getting your LTC at this point, as there are many in line ahead of you, including myself at 57 days.

You won't get a confirmation email if you mailed your stuff in, but if you submitted electronically, you should have. Many people recently have said they they got theirs up to a week or so after submitting and some never at all. I submitted on 1/15/16 and did not get a receipt until 1/21/16 (after I called). Personally, if I did not receive an email back, and should have....... I'd call.

At the same time, if you do call, I would suggest that you clearly state that you are just checking to make sure everything was received and what date, and not checking your status. Because you are only at about 30 in, you are way too early to check and are likely gonna get the cold shoulder canned.... "wait another 30 days" line response.
