What happened to neither RAIN, sleet, snow, or dark of night? Doesn't the post office have boats?![]()
Seriously, prayers sent for everyone's safety.
Allison set the standard for flooding around here.Skiprr wrote:The official Harris County gauge about a half-mile from my house recorded 14.84 inches between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m....all but about one inch of that fell between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Higher (slightly) water levels in neighborhood streets than with Tropical Storm Allison.
