how long after the status change does it take to receive the license.

As I understand it, the change means that their work is done, it has been approved or rejected, and that it has been sent to the printer who creates the licenses on a batch basis, stuffs envelopes and mails them, so maybe about a week or less. Probably not tomorrow though.
