I'm new to this forum. I submitted my application on-line DECEMBER 13, 2015. I received the confirmation email as well they took my Non-Refundable Fee of $ 145.20. I've received the "we're over loaded with application emails" from "Dannette Mgr, Customer Service Ops"etc. I tried calling RSD and get a recording that their representatives are too busy and not able to take calls. It has been SIX months and I'm really very frustrated that I can't seem to get any updates.

Any suggestions?

Contact your local state representative. I did when I passed 60 days of waiting, and I had my plastic in a week.

Call early, like at 7:01AM early to talk to a human.
