After the initial video click on some of the other videos that follow. I didnt realize how many innocent motorists were targeted.

After considering all the options & the possibility of being pulled from my vehicle-I can only conclude the safest course is not to stop. I think after spending a lot of money for civil & possibly criminal trials a driver would prevail. Opinions/Comments?

Depends on the exact situation, but probably slow down, honk, see if they'll clear a path, and if there's any aggressive action (striking my vehicle or trying to open a door) taken, lay on the horn and rapidly depart, trying to miss as many as possible.

The best option is to keep your eyes, ears and a news app open to find out where things like this are happening, but it's not always avoidable.

Make SURE you have an escape plan at all times... my dad drilled that into me from the moment I first took the wheel at about 8 years old.

I'd pretty much do what starts at 0:20 on that video. They are not trying to protest, they are trying to disrupt. And last time that I checked, disruption is not a constitutionally protected right.

If you unlawfully obstruct a roadway that I am driving on for your criminal disruptive behavior, I run you over. I'll slow down a little and give you a chance to figure out what is the best thing for you to do at that point... but either way, I am not stopping. Zero thought, zero consideration, zero remorse.

If your black life really matters, then keep it out of danger and up on the sidewalk. It really is that simple.

"Black Lives Matter" has become a terrorist cult and should be dealt with as such!

Situational awareness applies while driving also. If i see or hear about a mob blocking the road you find another route. If and that is IF I drive up to a mob I will turn around even if driving the wrong way on a one way. I think a leo would understand avoiding the situation.

They hold up signs and yell for police officers to be killed and now one of their members has killed several of them. They are terrorists.

If I am stopped by one of these terrorist mobs, the video posted in the link will become a little bit longer.

I agree with avoiding it. I think one concern would be getting caught in the traffic jam caused by the disruption and having the mob find you.

IMO, defend yourself in any manner you can with whatever weapon is available.

Hopefully I have a passenger that can grab the AR15 pistol in the back seat as we approach, slow down but never stop, honk, and keep moving. Reminds me that I need an under the steering column holster as pulling from the OWB in a seatbelt is tedious.

It is for this exact reason (MOBS, shutting down of highways) that I now carry my AR with me as well as my pistol. I'm just trying to play the hand that society dealt me...

No question, with out a doubt, if I felt I was in a situation that if I did not act that events would lead to my justifiable use of a firearm or other means of self defense then I would not hesitate to use my vehicle in any necessary manner to make a safe escape. DO NOT GET IN MY WAY!!!!! IF YOU DO YOU LEAVE ME NO CHOICE!!!!!!
