Not as good a time line as some, but better than others.

June 2 - Packed mailed to DPS
June 4 - DPS received packet
June 22 - PIN received but site says "No application or license/certificate active"
June 25 - Web site updated to "Processing Application"
July 16 - Application Completed - license issued or certificate active

July 21 - Entire day set aside to shop for a carry weapon/holster and range practice.
July 22 - If the postman has been nice to me...Wally World here I come!

Well...I *intended* to look for a ccw and holster, but never got around to it. I've got pistols, but my Beretta Px4 .40 is the smallest. I don't think I own a holster.

I have to wear a dress shirt with the tail tucked in M-TH, so I will probably have to go with pocket or ankle carry those days.
I guess I need to find a baby single stack 9mm or maybe even a .38 pocket pistol.

Mr Postman brought me the plastic today.

June 2 - July 19th. I'll give the DPS some credit, considering how may apps they process.

Receive my today, took total of 59 day turnaround.
