A step backwards

My renewal status had reached the all green checkmarks except the last two, for background under review and print pending in yellow state that we've all seen. Now two days later, the green checkmark for fingerprints has switched back to yellow, fingerprints under review. Anyone else ever seen a green checkmakr go back to yellow?
