Crimson Trace Lightguard too bright for Trijicon RMR?

I heard that a pistol light that is too bright will wash out the Trijicon RMR's red dot. The crimson trace light guard is only 100 lumens. Most pistol lights nowadays are over 200 lumens so it shouldn't be too bright, right? I mean, a Trijicon RMR can be used with a crimson trace light guard, right?
I know for a fact that ANY pistol light will wash out the trijicon RMR tritium. I am not buying the tritium battery-free model. I am buying the 4 moa red dot LED model that runs on batteries. It is NOT the adjustable brightness model. It is the less expensive self-adjusting brightness model.
Also, will cowitness with tritium sights interfere with the red dot? I mean, will the bright tritium sights interfere with the red dot's visibilitiy?
Thanks.
