Not sure if I believe this one, since it's from WaPo and because of the content, but it is an amusing story..

They probably use a Samsung. My wife had one, and when my son was just a baby he would accidently dial 911 all the time.

The Samsung made it easy, even when the phone was locked all you had to do was a single swipe down, and then a single tap of the "emergency" button. It was very embarrassing. Eventually I upgraded her to an iPhone.

Obviously these two read it backwards and forgot to have the BBQ. :biggrinjester:

I know on my Samsung you can shut the emergency function on and off. Glad I read this thread. Now I won't set that 911 function up. :lol:
