I didnt think you had to charge tax if it was from your personal collection. I am not trying to argue, I am just confused.

I don't know much, but I assume if he bought it and never paid taxes on it before he would have to charge. judging by the 8 rd magazine stamped with S&W logo, I'd say it has to be 9mm

Can't believe this one is still available. The 9mm Shield has less felt recoil than the three .380's that I have. I've shot a variety of ammo including reloads and it has not had a single failure.
