I guess that's one way to keep the defense from getting to the quarterback. :smilelol5:

Carson Wentz buys Eagles O-linemen customized shotguns for Christmas
[Guard Allen] Barbre, an avid hunter, told ESPN that he believes his Beretta model is a Silver Pigeon, which can fetch about $2,000. Each gun will have the player’s number engraved on it.

The way he's been throwing the ball lately, they may end up in the hands of defensive backs instead. :biggrinjester:

No, no, no. You can throw from the shotgun. You never, ever throw the shotgun.

Gun Control Group Sends Useless Gun Locks To NFL Players
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz, who is a hunter, bought each member of his offensive line a custom over-under Beretta shotgun, reported to be one of the very nice Silver Pigeon line.

Predictably, a grandstanding gun control group turned the thoughtful gesture into a moment to scream, “Look at us! We’re still relevant! LOOK AT US!”

The funny part being that those guns each probably came with a lock in the box. Hey, if Mom's Against Fun wants to burn up their budget by buying and mailing chunks of steel, by all means go ahead!

Another one of those dangerous guns that just "go off" I've handled shotguns since I was about 12, and they have only fired, after the trigger was pulled. None have fired when the trigger was pulled if the safety was engaged.

The NFL (No Fun League) also takes a dim view of firearms in general.
