So what do we do now?

As bills are introduced we contact our respective representatives and voice our support or disapproval. I've done that.
As they move through committees what do we do? Continue to contact our reps? Contact the committee members? Wait?
I know Charles will send out a call-to-action on the bills that make it but how can we help influence more bills to be sent to the floor (or not)?
