Sure is some sketchy reporting, or investigation, or both. They had him, and he confessed, but they let him go? Also, they said he could face 10 years in prison. I think that he could face 10 years for each count. which if he is convicted of 7 gun thefts he could get 70 years. which in my opinion, is still too lenient. The other geniuses there, could also be charged with conspiracy/organized crime, and then they could hang out together for a long time.
I hope they all get the maximum allowed.
