Wanted Glock 26

Against my my better judgment I have agreed to look for a Glock 26 for my sweet bride. Our 32 year wedding anniversary is a few weeks away and I would like to find one that doesn't have a new price on it.

I don't suppose that she might want a G27 instead? There is one for sale right now that is a great deal. $400 with holster included.

Sorry if Im talking about new prices, but Academy has "hot deal" this week that includes g26 and g43. I just got a g43 yesterday.

The one from Academy appears to be a photo of a Gen 3. However the no tax and no shipping from Target Sports appears to be the Gen 4.

I prefer Gen 3 myself it's all I own in 26s, & Glock 30 S ( 30SF slim frame + thin 36 Slide + 36 barrel> .45 ACP size about the same as 26) I have a few Gen 1 19s, 17s etc

When I want a particular gun but not necessarily right away, I set up a Gunbroker search that:
* Only matches that model of gun
* Has a maximum price for the search (to filter out guns I think are too expensive)
* Only matches auctions ending in the next 24 hours (if it's still cheap at 1 day to go the odds are better it'll still be cheap when the auction ends).
* Filters out reserve auctions (otherwise the search will match auctions under the minimum price but which have a higher reserve price).
Just this morning I got a used Gen 3 G26 with night sights and 2 mags for just over $400, shipped. No, you can't have it. :) Used G26's in that price range aren't terribly uncommon on Gunbroker.

TexasGunTrader - find someone local and do a face to face. How I've bought both my Glocks for $125 under what I would have paid out the door at a store - and in excellent condition.

I've gotten some good FTF deals off of TGT too, but you're naturally limited by geography, so your selection won't be as good.
