We have what appears to be one victim deceased & the shooter has committed suicide.

One (unverified by me) witness, a worker at the college said the shooter (male) was seen by that worker shooting the girl multiple times prior to shooting himself.

That's about 200 yards from my office. We were locked down for the last hour or so.

My ofice is less than a mile away. We were not on "lockdown" but leaving the building was actively discouraged. Of course, we are a "GFSZ". People were made to feel "safe" as the doors are locked and an unarmed "Security Guard" checks for ID badges...
