SILENCERCO - RADIUS RAIL-MOUNTED RANGEFINDER

I'm curious if anyone has a Silencerco RADIUS rangefinder, and thoughts on it. I was enticed by it, but the battery compartment (from their promo video) looks like a rubber flap that might snag on something & pop off. Anyone have feedback to share?
