emailing DPS

Anyone else have a problem emailing DPS when using the Google browser?
I can Contact DPS and transmit the CHL- 8 and have been successful transmitting CHL-100 for students, but when I try to email them, clicking the Submit Form button appears to have NO effect.
I finally switched and used the Explorer browser to email them and it worked.
