This has to be one of the strangest shootings ever. A woman calls 911 near midnight about some sort of disturbance. She meets two LEO's outside as they drive up to the alley. As she is talking with the driver, the LEO in the passenger side drew his weapon, and fired across his partner through the door striking the woman killing her. No weapons were found, and neither officer had his body cam on. The dash cam wasn't on either. There is no audio or video leading up to the shooting. One tid bit came out the morning, the woman's cell phone was found nearby. I can see what the narrative will be - The officer shot her thinking her cell phone was a weapon.
