After visiting a local coffee shop and noticing they had an old faded 51% sign, far lower left corner of front window hard to see - I looked up their license on the TABC web site and found they were actually a Gun Sign BLUE license. I filed a complaint on the TABC iPhone app, and yesterday, the TABC agent called me personally to tell me that he had inspected the shop, and provided them with the proper signs. Turns out, they had originally overestimated alcohol sales and never changed their 51% sign. They also have not posted any 30.06/7 signs. Good service from the TABC, I think.
