"The Dearborn child care was run by Samantha Eubanks, herself a mother of six who regularly took care of other children, according to neighbors and family members.
Eubanks was unlicensed, but authorities said it was still unclear whether her child care service met the criteria requiring licensing."
This place is not a daycare but I guess it makes for a better headline!

Yet another adult who makes a firearm accessible to a child, a 100% preventable tragedy occurs, the adult probably won't be charged for it, even though Michigan law says handguns are to be unloaded and stored in a locked location away from children.
Pathetic.
