I bought 3 of these recently:
https://www.banggood.com/Mini-Red-Laser ... rehouse=CN
Pros: Bright red dot visible far beyond normal SD ranges. All aluminum. Picatinny mount, with removable rail to add a light below it.
Cons: Does not include batteries. It takes 3 of 392/384 or SR41 cells
Pretty well pleased with these, especially for the price.

I got a couple of these for my boys on Amazon, almost embarrassed to say but.. The really are pretty good little red dots. Easy to adjust, beam is bright and tight...

Rex B, how does the on/off switch work? Do you have to hold it down or does it click on/off?

it clicks. Has a decent quality feel to the switch.

I noticed this one a couple days later, so I bought it to take a look. About a dollar higher. It came in today:

This one is twice as long, about the same thickness as the smaller one without the bottom rail.
Instead of the push-button switch, it has a slide switch at the rear. To activate it, you press the switch to the left with your right index finger, much as you would to disengage a cross-bolt safety. That works well and is intuitive, but just packing it in a foam-lined case can turn the light one (and run down the batteries), It does use the more common AG13/357 batteries.
Frankly, I saw no advantage over the smaller one. The switch exposure was a deal-killer, so it went into the box.

Battery life for button cell lasers is usually pretty bad but for a range toy it's not a big deal. Just ordered two based on your review. Let's see if they get here from China before Christmas.
