I am just starting down the path of getting my LTC. I will be going through the training class sometime soon but was wanting to get a head start on the materials. I have searched the internet but have not found a source where I can view or download the course materials so I can prep. Any ideas?
I was also hoping someone would describe the shooting proficiency test, how is it conducted?

Any help is much appreciated.

Go here and download "LTC-16.pdf".

It has not been updated to include the changes from this past legislative session, but most of them are minor. We may not see an updated handbook until March.
