Suburban driveway carjacking (Humble area)

This security video is just now making the rounds on social media - not sure why, given that it happened a few months ago. It certainly argues in favor of keeping cars inside garages.

These criminals are going to eventually try their car jacking on an armed and willing to shoot them would be victim.
It's bound to happen if they keep car jacking...

Criminals today will shoot you for a dollar, no regard for life. I'm sick of it!

I have noticed criminals have adapted to LTC. More and more often they are in groups. Whether it be individuals or businesses.

This is a very good point, and it is something I've thought about at length within the context of my camper van. Recent owner experience (not mine - others) has shown us that van invaders typically go in through the driver's door, as inefficient as that approach is. That leaves me with a potential fall-back option of going out the back doors and avoiding a fight that way. The problem is, I might go out the back doors only to encounter a second assailant.

Yep! That's why when I arrive home I open my garage door, drive in, close garage door and then open my car and get out.
