I'm shopping for another J-Frame Smith & Wesson. Budget of $300 +/- a little, function is a must, appearance is not a high priority. No internal lock. A 638 would probably be my first choice, but I'll consider all models and finishes.
FTF, inside of Temple/Waco/Comanche/Brady loop. I get to Austin occasionally too, and will drive that far for a deal.

Edited to add - Bought a nice M37.

Still looking - found some in my area that don't fit all of my wants and some that fit but are pretty far away. I see more newish guns for sale than holster-worn shooters so I'm bumping my budget to $350. I am planning to be in Austin on the 30th and any leads are appreciated.
