Illannoy is right down there with Commiefornia and New Bonkers!!

Illannoy was always blaming Indiana for their gun problems. So, how are the gangs buying guns if you need a FOID card to purchase?

From what I’ve heard, the gangs use a lot of straw purchasers, locals who do not have records.
