All the Canadian Government has to do is pass a law that Criminals have obey the law. Then there will be no crime and the Canadian Government can save money on law enforcement.

Being such a polite society, I heard that they were going to pass laws that say perps holding up people at gunpoint MUST say, "thank you" or be subject to criminal penalties. Also, victims must say, "you're welcome," or be subject to similar criminal penalties.
