Yeah, there's really no reason to check out the people you let into your country. Just because they were soldiers, in a terrorist organization, doesn't mean, that they aren't good people. But everyone acts so surprised when they have a terrorist attack.

So an ISIS jihadi was taken in by Germany. And now they can't find him. The radicals blended in with the victims to avoid capture. Is anyone truly surprised about this? That's what happens when people from that part of the world are not properly vetted.
