JEFF HINE / ARC TRAINING

Anyone hear of Jeff Hine with ARC training? He is conducting active shooter training for schools that does not appear to be the Texas certification variety. According to a participant, Mr. Hine recommends against arming teachers. Am hoping to learn more about the context but am unable to find contact information beyond a LinkedIn profile.
