Today 8/15/07: "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active"

Yep, that would mean you have plastic on the way.
My status flipped on a Friday and I got the card in the mail on Tuesday.

It's my understanding that once you finally see the "approved" message, your CHL is "in the mail."

I consider myself very lucky (although my AC in my new house went out last night ). I didn't have to fire off a single phone call to check on my application or anything. I think using the FAST service really speeds things up.
