08/16/2007 - finally
"Application Completed - license issued or certificate active"

time for my wally walk.. whatever that means. what DOES that mean?

6/10-sent in application
they sent it back (gaps in 5 year history)
7/10-resent in application
7/26-"processing application"
8/15- sent email requesting status, reason: website causing problems... kekek.
this morning-"application completed"

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YEA! now i can get my ass back to the gym.

It means you load up and go to WallMart (although any large store / public place will work) and pick up some ammo and/or other gun supplies while legally carrying for the first time. Good way to go to a public place and get the first "will anybody notice" part taken care of.
