TX: First day on the job...

19 yo kid is late to his first day on the job at a McDonald's in San Antonio. They send him home for being late.
Instead of going home, he goes (in uniform) to another McDonald's about 5 miles away and tells the manager that he's been sent over to help with the evening rush (it's 7 pm). She takes him to office to fill out some paperwork and he pulls a gun on her and robs the place. $1500 out of the safe.
Shortly after midnight deputies see him leaving an apartment complex in a car driven by his twin brother -- who has worked at McDonald's for five years. The deputies try to stop them, they take off, car chase, hit two other cars, all comes to a screeching halt featuring broken legs, other injuries, and charges for aggravated robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest, and a prior warrant for assault with bodily injury.
