Yep, this is the one exception to the rule that one is innocent until proven guilty. Personally, I think false accusers should be locked up.

The great irony is that the LAW will afford him the same presumption of innocence that he was too willing to deny Brett Kavanaugh.
I think there is something pathologically wrong with that guy’s mental status. He looks perpetually like he has a tapeworm, and his butt itches.
