Sorry for being very low techy. What’s the best way to post a YouTube video here these days? Thanks

Just copy the URL at the top of the page for the video you are wanting to post.

Then just “paste” it in the post.

You can also right click on the video and several options will pop up. One option is to copy the video url for the entire video or choose to copy at the current time. I've done the latter when I wanted to avoid an ad or just show a particular portion.
