SB 381 - Defense to prosecution for 30.06/7

Reduces the fine for violation of 30.06/7 to $5 and keeps it a class C.
If asked to leave and you don't promptly do so, penalty reduced to a class C Misdemeanor and a maximum $200 fine.
Defense to prosecution added if you leave promptly after being given oral notification.
I like this one but don't think that it is necessarily worth spending a lot of political capital on. I'm not sure how many people are prosecuted for 30.06/7 violations and I don't really want people thinking that breaking the law is no big deal and sticking around to argue with a property owner because "it is only a $200 fine"...
