Was this previously part of a complete rifle before the lower parts were stripped out of the plastic receiver? Just checking what's on sale.

Yep I built a rifle and it worked great a fried want the rifle but not the Omni lower so. Swapped it out.

Thanks. Good to know it legally can't be rebuilt as a pistol now.

If the seller bought the lower as a "firearm" built it a rifle, then pulled it from the rifle, the lower would still be classified as a Firearm, and can legally be used to build a pistol.
The lower isn't smart enough to know that it was previously a rifle. If it had never been sold as rifle it must still be a firearm.
